Integration with amoCRM

In order to "associate" the sessions of site visitors with real data about the user in amoCRM, we decided to use the "clientID" - a record from the browser cookie, which is assigned to each visitor when the person crawls the site. For each new lead an additional attribute "clientID" was recorded on the CRM.

Data Fusion

A regular Google Sheet was used to combine the data. In one tab we added imported data from amoCRM for the last 30 days, and in another - uploading data from Google Analytics Universal for the same period. The two different pages contained one common attribute, "clientID", which served as a link between the two separate data sources.

Data structuring

We used data summary sheets to group and structure all the data. There we displayed all the steps of the sales funnel that the lead goes through until the decision on payment is made and the actual payments receive!

Decision Making

PPC specialists can now focus on real ROI when optimizing ad campaigns. The business has gained confidence in decision-making and now the client can evaluate the impact of advertising on income in the context of communication channels.

Result

Both sides got the profit. Both the business and the agency have improved the quality of their ad budget distribution decisions.

Now the goal of optimizing advertising campaigns is not a form submit but the profit.  Thus, we work with real ROI - an indicator of return on investment.
